Private John A. Green of Company D, Massachusetts 54th Volunteer Infantry

Private John A. Green (1845 - )



Enlisted from Brooklyn, NY on 16 March 1863. He was 18 years old, single and working as a farmer.

Wounded in August 1863 in the trenches near Fort Wagner.

Discharged 30 June 1864 from Morris Island, SC.
